GENERAL GUIDELINES TO FILL THE ADMISSION FORM-

1. Download and Print the form attached above.
2. Fill up the form and submit it along with the documents mentioned below at our School.

Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form are as follows-

1. Student’s photograph   [in image/ pdf. format]
2. Student’s Aadhar card
3. Father’s photograph        [in image/ pdf. format]
4. Mother’s photograph     [in image/ pdf. format]
5. Date of Birth certificate of the child
6. ID and Residence proof of parents  [Aadhar card/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Driving license/ Electricity bill]
7. Report card of student for classes  [ if admission is sought for grade I onwards]
8. Transfer certificate from last school  [ if admission is sought for grade I onwards]
9. Signature of parent
